Shipping & Returns

Most food orders will be packaged in an insulated shipping container with reusable icepacks or dry ice to ensure top quality and freshness. This special packaging also adds a box fee of $15.00 to your order. If you are only interested in ordering kolacky, rugelach or nutrolls, which do not need to be refrigerated during shipping, please choose the cookie only flat rate shipping option upon checkout.

Our regular shipping days (excluding holiday exceptions) are Monday thru Wednesday. Once shipped, your package will arrive in 1 to 2 business days to all locations in the contiguous 48 states. Please call 724-337-7030 for shipping information and pricing to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. All packages will be sent via UPS Ground, UPS 2Day Air service, USPS Express Mail or USPS Priority Mail. We will choose the appropriate shipping method based on your order and the time in transit. If you would like to request a specific service, require overnight shipping or Saturday delivery, please call us with your order.

NO RETURNS will be accepted for any orders of perishable goods. We cannot refund your money if you do not like the taste of our products, however, if your package has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be responsible or issue refunds for spoiled products due to shipping delays caused by inclimate weather, floods, hurricanes, snow storms, or other acts of God.

Finally, we ask all customers to please be on the lookout for products on porches, shrubs or driveways after placing an order and be ready to receive these wonderful delicacies! If you are sending our products as a gift, we advise you to inform your recipient to be looking for a package. Some people are unaware of deliveries and our food dosen't want to be left out in the sun!
