HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE and IMPORTANT DATES

December 15:
The last day to order for guaranteed arrival before Christmas. Packages will be arriving up to December 24th at your home.
December 28, 29: Only shipping days between Christmas and New Years. Most packages will arrive up to and on December 31st. Any 3 day ground packages will be sent after the new year.
December 25 - 27 and January 1 - 3: We will be closed! 


Most food orders will be packaged in an insulated shipping container with reusable gel packs or dry ice to ensure top quality and freshness. We cannot guarantee the food to be frozen upon arrival. Prevailing weather conditions, the water content of the products and its proximity to the refrigerant used, can all effect the products inside the box.  We do guarantee all the food to arrive safely. 

If you are only interested in ordering kolacky, rugelach or nutrolls, which do not need to be refrigerated during shipping, please choose the cookie only flat rate shipping option upon checkout.

Our regular shipping days (excluding holiday exceptions) are Monday thru Wednesday, to arrive Tuesday - Friday. Once shipped, your package will arrive in 1 to 3 business days to all locations in the contiguous 48 states. Please call 724-337-7030 for shipping information and pricing to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. All packages will be sent via UPS Ground, or the method you choose. If you would like to request a specific service, such as overnight shipping or Saturday delivery, please call us with your order.

Orders delivered to any states outside the ground shipping times of 3 days MUST be delivered by 3 day service or better to ensure freshness upon arrival.

NO RETURNS will be accepted for any orders of perishable goods. We cannot refund your money if you do not like the taste of our products, however, if your package has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Zum Zum also can not be responsible or issue refunds for spoiled products due to shipping delays caused by inclimate weather, floods, hurricanes, snow storms, or other acts of God.

If you package has dry ice in it, please DO NOT TOUCH THE DRY ICE. Dry ice may be evaporated upon arrival. Depending on the product's water content and proximity to the refrigerants, it is possible that some items will be thawed upon arrival.

Finally, we ask all customers to please be on the lookout for products on porches, shrubs or driveways after placing an order and be ready to receive these wonderful delicacies! If you are sending our products as a gift, we advise you to inform your recipient to be looking for a package. Zum Zum can not be held accountable for lost, stolen or spoiled food. Some people are unaware of deliveries and our food dosen't want to be left out in the sun!
