Raspberry Walnut Rugelach

A traditionally Jewish cookie, rugelach has a special place on many Eastern European dessert trays.  This rolled cookie is traditionally filled with nuts or preserves.  In Yiddish, rugelach means "little twist."  Perfect with tea, coffee or a cup of milk, these cookies will please any sweet tooth.

Each order is for one dozen of Raspberry Rugelach, made with a raspberry jam and topped with chopped walnuts.  Pictured with the apricot rugelach.
