Potato Pancakes (Latkes)

These potato pancakes are pre-cooked.  Serve with your favorite applesauce, a dollop of sour cream or spice it up with some horseradish.  Just heat, serve and enjoy!

Each pack contains six latkes and weighs one pound.

Ingredients: Fresh potatoes, sour cream, eggs, onions, potato starch, enriched wheat flour (malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), soybean oil, salt and pepper.
