Mushroom Soup

A typical dish found at the Wigilia feast, this Mushroom Soup is made with a mix of crimini, button and shitake mushrooms.  Delicate yet bold, the earthy flavors of the mushrooms mixed with carrots, onions, celery and parsley flavor this soup beautifully.  Sold by the quart.

We only make this soup at Christmas time. Limited quantities available.
