Apricot Rugelach

A traditional Jewish cookie, rugelach has a special place on many Eastern European dessert trays.  This rolled cookie is traditionally filled with nuts or preserves  In Yiddish, rugelach means "little twist."

The Apricot Rugelach are made with an apricot filling and topped with sugar. Each order is for one dozen.
