Apple Blintzes

The Blintz is a thin pancake, similar to a French crepe, which is served with a variety of fillings and toppings.  Our apple blintzes are made the traditional way - a thin dough rolled with the edges tucked in around our delicious apple fillings.  Wonderful as a dessert or a delicious brunch item, we enjoy these blintzes warmed in a pan with a little butter and served with whipped cream.  Smacznego!

Ingredients: Wheat flour (milled wheat, malted barley flour), water, skim milk, apples, modified corn starch, sugar, soybean oil, liquid eggs, lemon juice, salt, cinnamon.
